Procurement law has become increasingly useful and important in modern day practice in relation to public expenditure.

Among the cases successfully litigated in Procurement Law include the award of tender for the construction of Hospitality Buildings at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies by CHINA WU YI LIMITED which involved a sum in excess of Kshs. 5 billion.
Award of tender for completion of Nyayo Housing Estate Project, Embakasi in the matter of Tender No.06/2005-2006 National Social Security Fund which involved a sum in excess of Kshs. 600,000,000 to EPCO LIMITED.
The Muthurwa Hawkers’ Market and Public Transport Terminus commonly called the Muthurwa Project which was in the matter of Tender No. Muthurwa MKT/UDD/06-07/01 Ministry of Local Government worth in excess of Kshs.700.000,000.
The award of tender for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Optical Fibre Network- Government Common Core Network ( GCCN) in the matter of Tender No.MOF/5/2005-6 Ministry of Finance which was an international tender worth in excess of Kshs.5 billion.
